I went in after not going to a dentist for a while. They told me I needed a cleaning, a filling, a tooth pulled and a root canal. They wanted $900 for a cleaning .... who in the world can afford that?!? $3017 just to take out my wisdom teeth that haven’t even grown in yet and $2000 for the root canal! I don’t remember the prices for the fillings but the total price for everything was $9000+ I don’t know anyone that can afford that. $100 just for a 5 minute consultation. called ahead of time to get information. and asked very specific questions about treatment, medication, and payments/fees. the person on the phone told me something completely different than what actually was going to go on. didn’t inform me that to get the first free x-ray and exam, that i was would have to have 30 of them taken. and what they used to x-ray with cut my mouth all to pieces. was told that an extraction would be $100, ended up being 300. went in for an abscess tooth and dentist shoved her fingernail into my gu... read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Staff was so rude. We waited over an hour to even be seen for the appointment.
I went in for a specific tooth and they wanted to do all this other stuff that was going to cost over $6000. I just needed 1 tooth taken out. I would not reccommend them to anyone.

They saw me with out checking my insurance first I thought they were going to give me a free initial consultation then it turns out my insurance was not effective yet so they charge me $92, just for a consultation I don't believe this was fair and I am working to get the issue resolved through Courtney Mathers at Aspen customer satisfaction
This place is awful!!!! We have been disputing a $134 bill for MONTHS!! They will not respond. DON'T USE THEM!!! They will rip you off!!!
