I use to like this place but recently they tried to charge me for dental work I didn’t need. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
All we wanted was a tooth pulled. Still sitting here after 3 hours. We probably won't return

The xray is supposed to be free for first time customers. They sent me a bill. I called them and they said they applied the coupon and everything had been done on their part. They sent the bill to collections and I have received tons of aggravating phone calls and I have called aspen dozens of times just to hear them say we are sending it to regional to get it fixed. 7 months later I'm still dealing with it.
My debt is paid in full, but Aspen found a way to hit my credit with a debtor for $500 that they never billed me for originally. No signatures. No verification. I have proof that loan was paid. Aspen dental Of Cartersville is shady for doing this. I am pretty sure it’s illegal.
The number given to contact someone to discuss your issue goes to a prerecorded message. No live person. More deception. I have several issues regarding my visit in August. I left a message more than once for someone to contact me, but when I called I kept being sent to the same rude person at the local office who argues in circles and I don't get any resolution. This dental office is absolutely horrible. Especially the front office. They don’t know how to do the billing correctly. My husband and I will never come to this dental office ever again. On top of the billing being done incorrectly neither one of us had a good experience with getting a exam done. We’ve never had such a terrible time with a dental office. 😑

The few time i went they where great but this time today was a joke will never go back.I would not recommend any body to use them.

way too expensive. they did not make me feel comfortable or happy. I will not go back and do not recommend anybody to go to aspen. 7 grand for removing 11 teeth and top plate denture 0 stars

I would recommend that anyone who is considering going to Aspen Dental in Cartersville find another dental office. I was very dissatisfied with the level of care I received from this office. I had a filling done here, and during the procedure the dentist and her assistant did not seem confident at all, and it made me feel like I was not receiving a professional or competent level of dental care.
