RecommendedMy mother had to have all her teeth pulled and get dentures. The staff was very nice and seen to my mothers needs is a very personal and professional manner. Dr. Phillips is who took care of everything and was so nice, funny, sympathetic and beyond what I expected. You can tell he loves his job and loves taking care of people. You are definitely not just a patient but a person to him. I would recommend this office to anyone that needs dental work.
I did get great service and everyone was really nice. I do feel it could've been cleaner though.

they always treated me well. a little slow on taking you in at appt. time other than that great
I go to Aspen every six months for cleaning and x-rays (once a year). Clean facilities and cordial personnel. Had to wait for hygienist. Before my appointment, two fillings came out on the top of my mouth and doctor suggested crowns...I asked what other options. Pulling them? He said that would work, too. $2500 to $110. I decided on pulling them. Will let you know how the extractions go....
The staff and doctor was overly polite Felt very comfortable. They made sure that I understood the procedure in detail.
I went to this Champaign office today, staff was very polite and courteous, Dr. Thompson was amazing...my original appointment was for a loose tooth but it fell out before my appointment yet they still took the time to look at where it fell out and another tooth that was bothering me. Dr. Thompson decided he wanted to get them both taken care of today so talked to business manager about costs and it was affordable so I was able to have 2 teeth taken care of today.
