They made me feel very important, that part I love, and Dr. Barnes is the greatest.
My husband was very impress with the service from Aspen Dental.
My experience with this location has improved significantly. While the receptionist wasn't especially pleasant, the rest of the staff certainly was. My appointment was for 9am and the dental hygienist was right on time. I have some issues with my mouth and they recommended a specialist for me. I've been going to this location for over a year and quality and service is very good.
I recently scheduled an appt with Aspen Dental to have my upper denture relined. After examining my denture, Dr Barnes didn't feel that relining was feasible. So, I decided to get a new denture. The Dr and all staff were very professional and attentive to my needs. I have complete confidence in the staff and am looking forward to getting my new denture.
As always, all was great! My hygienist was so professional, hospitable, and kind. She took her time to clean my teeth. I loved it. Can't wait until my next appointment in March 2017. I highly recommend Apen Dental at 35 East Kemper Rd. Springdale, OH 45246.
Great experience in one of my least favorite chairs, but Aspen is changing the way I feel about dentistry. I think my hygenist's name was Tori. She was so gentle and considerate I felt like giving her a hug when she was finished. Thanks, Aspen. I recommend your office.
