All of the staff was very patient and kind. The dentist makes me very nervous, but they made it easier!

I would strongly recommend anyone in need of dental services to consider going anywhere else and avoid going to Aspen Dental, at least this location. I don’t know if other locations engage in the same practices, but I do know that this one sucks and is definitely engaging in predatory practices. My experience at this location is as follows: I originally went in for a procedure and was quoted an amount and scheduled for an appointment to have the procedure done. My parents was denied two appointments even after they showed up on time for both. Never recommend for senior citizens, they are not accommodating.

My daughter had a root canal done in late August, 2020, by a dentist that called her “hey you” and talked to other employees as he hurried through her super expensive procedure...and the root canal failed. So now she has to have the root canal redone by another dentist and pay AGAIN for Aspen’s shoddy work! She wants a refund!!
