I went in for a consultation a year ago and felt I had been lied to so never went back. Now I'm looking to get a new set of full dentures and finding tons of bad reviews about them. I can say for certain my decision is NO. What is wrong with dentists these days? More bad than good!!!!

Make sure u confirm ur child is OVER 15 when u schedule. I talked to 3 different people at this place booked, days in advance, confirmed, gave birthdate...an hour before his appt they call me and say they can't see him that he's not 16 yet. Poor communication this place, unprofessional, and uncalled for that I spoke to 3 people and an hour before they call me to cancel him..unreal.

I am VERY unsatisfied with the office staff here. My husband and I are double covered and on my husbands first visit they told him it would be 3000.00 for his deep cleaning and they needed to verify my insurance coverage to make sure he is covered. The office staff said they would contact him, nothing again from the office. Then he has a broken tooth that has been causing him pain and needs to be extracted and since he is already established there, I called myself on 10.26 to schedule him an appointment spoke with a Maroslav... read more

Last dental service was on Oct 17, 2022... This dental office was suggested by someone else and was close to us, so we gave them a try. Since retiring some years ago, I no longer have dental insurance. This should not have been a problem. My ex-employer provides excellent benefits -- even in retirement. Every year, they give me a generous Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to be drawn from. So you are asking for my review to be updated. I never pay for something until my insurance approves their part. Why would you expect me to pay for all of it up front when I have double coverage??? Finally, don't be disrespectful to potential new client's, let alone any person. Social Media is extremely detrimental. Why they chose to act this way is beyond me. However, I wouldn't refer, or recommend them. My opinion.

My wife needed new dentures; we chose Aspen Dental because we travel all across the country. She had her first appointment at the end of July 2021 and at that time we paid our share after the insurance. This office, aspen dental at 7861 Greenback Lane, Citrus Heights, CA 95610, is very unethical business practice. Of course the main goal of a business is making profit however, they should NOT be all about money money money!!! If you go there, they will TRY VERY HARD to sell their additional services that insurance does not cover and make you feel like you are about to die if not taking care of your teeth asap. First let me say I really liked this dentist at first. Problem came with payment. The office manager suggested I use Credit Care to pay for the work I needed because my insurance only covered about half. She said I would not have to worry because it would cover all the work I needed. Things were great until my last visit where I was told I needed to pay $240 because we had went into a new year (January) and something about my deductible. BEWARE - CITRUS HEIGHTS LOCATION CLOSED TEMPORARY (ALL AUGUST) - have taken my money and stopped communicating I got a call earlier that for the 3rd or 4th time in a row that my appointment was postponed. I had a care plan to create a partial dentures. When we agreed on the plan a few months ago aspen asked if i wanted to (Pre-pay) my total care amount - Which I did- over $4,000 out of pocket.
