It was my first time going to aspen dental I made a appointment a week early. When I arrived everything was normal checking in and finished the survey. Mind you I had a appointment at 8:00 am I got there early. I waited one hour and they didnt attend me. There was a lady suffering in pain for a emergence tooth pain and didn't help her. I ended up leaving and I gave a call to let them know I left. I was on hold for 5 minutes and the call hung up. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

To REBECCA the hygienist--- Keep it professional and please stop drawing hearts on next appointment cards. It is awkward. Not even my doctor or dentist do that. It makes people uncomfortable

Because I always feared dentists, I take excellent care of my teeth and go for a check up at least once a year. Even though my teeth are in good condition, I decided to look into alignments. I found Aspen on line. Made an appointment, answered the questions including if I had insurance which i replied No. Aspen immediately blew up my phone with emails and texts asking me to call with my insurance info. I showed up " Note: this was NOT an emergency!! On there website it showed $299 for a denture. I needed a quote Fot a snap on denture.. when I got there they wanted to take a XRAYI ended up getting an xray (Which I did not need) All I wanted is a Quote for a snap on denture Bottom Only. I already have implants in When I say the Quote I almost freaked out over $3500... "Nice Scam with a smile"!! then I asked what do I owe you for a visit less than 45 min $189. My experience with Aspen Dental in Citrus heights was a nightmare. The dental work was fine but the partial that was made never fit well, even after several adjustments. Dr Jeffries at the last adjustment said the partial had been cut back so much that it would not be stable. It cut into my gums and destroyed the left tori causing infection that required antibiotics. No offer to remake the partial or reimburse was ever made, other than the printed quarantee, with the requisite fine print which negates the bold print come-on ... read more

02/04/2025 I had a tooth extracted at this dental clinic. I came here for the first time and trusted Google advertising. By 7:30 am my appointment was scheduled, they took a lot of pictures, provided a plan for $ 24,000 for other teeth. I warned that I was in severe pain and would like to start treating the tooth that hurts as soon as possible. This is honestly the worst office I've ever been to. I had two visits with this office, and then found out my insurance is not accepted. I have had multiple issues with billing after the fact that nobody in this office helps with. Would never recommend going to this office to anyone. They will just scam you.

Why would I bother contacting you after you have already lied to me multiple times and then turned me over to collections without ever making any effort (mailed bill, text message nothing) to retrieve what you say I owe? You are a dishonest company and I will continue to warn people of your troubling billing methods
