I had work done in March of 2024. I payed up front the total amount due for the procedure. I asked if my insurance was accepted and was reasured my insurance would cover the rest. A month later I received an additional bill for almost $500. They said they made a mistake in confirming my coverage. Horrible service. Do not use them. I have heard a lot of people going through the same thing. I think they do this to get you to pay more out of pocket.

They were good until....I got dental insurance. They don't accept insurance of ANY kind in this office. What kind of dentist, doesn't accept insurance??!!! Smh....

Beware of thus Dental company/office. After almost 2 years my husband and I are still receiving bills and issues with billing all for 3 different visits within a 1 month period. At each vist we made out of pocket for what was anticipated we would owe. On top of that the insurance has already paid portions if the bill as well and we already paid other bills that came in the mail. BEWARE!! This office has itself listed as an authorized provider for Kaiser Permanente Advantage Plus Dental Insurance, thru Delta Care USA. They Do not accept this insurance at this office !!!!!!!!!!!! I signed up for this insurance effective 1-1-23. I went in for a consultation a year ago and felt I had been lied to so never went back. Now I'm looking to get a new set of full dentures and finding tons of bad reviews about them. I can say for certain my decision is NO. What is wrong with dentists these days? More bad than good!!!!

Make sure u confirm ur child is OVER 15 when u schedule. I talked to 3 different people at this place booked, days in advance, confirmed, gave birthdate...an hour before his appt they call me and say they can't see him that he's not 16 yet. Poor communication this place, unprofessional, and uncalled for that I spoke to 3 people and an hour before they call me to cancel him..unreal.

I am VERY unsatisfied with the office staff here. My husband and I are double covered and on my husbands first visit they told him it would be 3000.00 for his deep cleaning and they needed to verify my insurance coverage to make sure he is covered. The office staff said they would contact him, nothing again from the office. Last dental service was on Oct 17, 2022... This dental office was suggested by someone else and was close to us, so we gave them a try. Since retiring some years ago, I no longer have dental insurance. This should not have been a problem. My ex-employer provides excellent benefits -- even in retirement. Every year, they give me a generous Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to be drawn from.
