Sat in the waiting room for a full HOUR to still not be seen in the back I really wanted to give them a try nice on the phone prior to appointment but after arriving I was pretty pissed about my overall experience don’t think I would ever recommend them to anyone

I made an appointment and I didn’t receive care for 2 hours after my appointment time. There were several other appointments waiting with me. I do not recommend this place. Several employees were not wearing masks. At the end of my visit, my problem was not fixed and they asked me to give them a good review online. Even wrote names down for me to include in the review.

i don't recommend this place to anyone,, they are very rude and all they care about is the money,,not the patient.

Came in to get a tooth fixed, after having to wait almost 3 weeks. After waiting over an hour and having too many x-rays done, the office manager talks to me about scheduling when to get my tooth fixed. Complete waste of time and my money.

My father in law had 14 teeth pulled today and they didn’t call in his pain meds! Now the office is closed and my father in law is in excruciating pain with no meds!

Aspen Dental Harbison overcharged me over $300 four months ago. They acknowledge this but are are refusing to refund it. Get an itemized statement of charges before you give them your money. Otherwise they may overcharge and you will not see your money again.

Too slow wait 40 Minutes to have X-ray done done wait another 30 minutes for hygienist to come to see me. Then assistant come to tell me is a 2 hours wait to see the dentist.hell no im not waiting. Everyone is very slow here tired of waiting for a long period of time when you have an appointment.

Nothing more unprofessional than a patient calling in 2 weeks prior to confirm their insurance is accepted & have wisdom teeth removed due to pain. Only to get there and find out it's not accepted by the oral surgeon. Maybe if someone in the front office would properly do their job stuff like this wouldn't happen.

They are the worst ! They told me I had a gum disease and I went for a second opinion and all I need was a deep clean ! They even pressure me to open a credit card ! I always say ASPEN DENTAL IS HORRIBLE ! All they care is about money !
