Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Our initial appointment was scheduled for 8:30am, we were not called back until 11:15. That’s over an hour and a half in the waiting room without being acknowledged. Once seen we were scheduled for a simple extraction, which is listed online as $163. The dentist and hygienist were great. I received a bill from a procedure and found out today my dental insurance does not cover that procedure. Apparently no one checked even though they requested a copay in advance.
I saw the commercials. I decided to give them a try on Feb 6th. I'm sorry that I did. At first everything went fine. I went in because I knew I had some sort of infection in my lower back molar which is bridge I had for 30 years. They did all the x-rays and examine. Then they tell me I need a deep root cleaning and that it would take three visits. This has been the worst dental experience of my life. I scheduled an appointment for 9:15am on a Monday. The receptionist informed me that I had been pushed to the side and someone put into my place because I did not confirm the appointment. However, I made the appointment Friday after they had closes soon course no one called to confirm. I feel that they are out for money and money only. My other dentist said that a tooth would easily be extracted and Aspen Dental said they had to surgically remove it charging me over a hundred more dollars. Furthermore they told me to be there at 7:15 but have me down at 7 I waited 5 hours to get my tooth pulled. I had very high hopes for aspen dental. My sister previously worked here and told me how great the company is. Unfortunately I did not have that great experience at the Harbison office . The reason for my visit was to get an estimate on teeth fillings for my cavities. I waited 40min last my time to be seen and another 40 min sitting in a chair waiting on the dental hygentiat that i never saw. This place is a scam!!! They tried to tell me I have periodontal disease .. at 23 years old!! With perfectly white teeth!!! I’m so glad I went else where and got a second opinion! They wanted over 600$ after insurance and didn’t even clean my teeth!! Be very careful when dealing with aspen
Do not go to this dental office this office is a scam. They give you the run around and you wait forever forever to get an appointment and when you get an appointment you waiting all day on. One doctor who gives you the run around then they do not do all procedures in office you still have to go to specialist really what ate the open for.....
