This place is completely horrible !!! They are completely rude !!! I had my teeth removed with oral sedation ! I was told to put my teeth in 45 mins later and they didn’t fit so we went back and they tried to fix them they wouldn’t fit !!! So they had to redo my molds and I was without teeth for over 3 weeks !!! So I go back to get my teeth and the dentist told me that it is my lip Shape why my mouth couldn’t close . they had my numb as they had to pull a part of my tooth that was working it’s way out so I really couldn’t f... read more
Horrible place. How y’all do your patients is wrong on sooooo many levels. I don’t know how y’all sleep at night. How y’all let people walk out the door with what your lab created and consider it a good job is horrible. Would y’all walk out in public like that?? I bet not!! Y’all need to seriously fix the issue!! Definitely do not recommend this place. Do not go here for any kind of work!
DO NOT LET THEM DO YOUR DENTAL WORK!!!! Absolutely the worst. its been 6 months since I had my extractions done and I have had nothing but problems. went in today to get my permanent and they didn't even know why I was there. Still don't have them. all the staff seams nice but don't have a clue what's going on. Really nice and helpful at first but once they get your $ they don't care. Again I do not recommend then at all.
The service is so bad and as far as the partial they made have not been a very good fit from day one. Have long wait periods and appointments canceled and then canceled again. My husband is a disabled Veteran and now have hospice and home care and have trouble making appointments and when they are canceled or not on time I have to wait until I make sure someone one is staying with him. We have had our appointments rescheduled 5 times and every time we go in we have to wait 30 minutes to an hour and a half. I spoke with the manager after our last reschedule and our current appointment was STILL rescheduled twice. We will definitely be finding a new dentist.
My husband went to get his denture made after about 7 trip finally got them but they didn’t line up tried numerous times to get another appointment tge phones wouldn’t even ring call other office in Columbia same thing the quality of the denture is a zero. Making payments on crappy teeth he can’t wear
