Let me tell you about Aspen Dental. They are a rip off. They charge you , you pay, then they send you another bull saying your insurance didn't cover as much as they estimated. Okay, fine. But don't come back and charge me for the same thing I already paid for and think I won't notice the difference in the paperwork. I save every bill and every receipt for years back... it's called CYA and don't trust businesses. Borderline scam artist. 1 1/2 hours and never got my teeth cleaned. Tried to sell me a “deep clean” for $800. Buyer beware. None would give me any pricing and then after 1 1/2 hours they take you to the “business mgr”. It was like buying a car and ending up with the finance mgr trying to sell you all the “add ons”. I may report them to the Better Business Bureau.
Wait, wait, then wait some more. Finally be seen and get a huge bill only to dispute it and receive one for twice as much in the mail two weeks later. Very dissatisfied.

This is by far the absolute worst dentist office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The office manager Dawn is practically worthless and has yet to contact me back about the ongoing claim that started in October. She is rude and has no sense of what good customer service is.... I will never use their services again based solely on her attitude and lack of professionalism. Do not go to Aspen Dental. They are worst than buying a car. Try to upsell you on everything. Had a tooth pulled paid upfront, which is fine, come home today and now asking for another $105. I dont think so, it clearly states on your website, and I verified before anything $154 I paid that. Steer clear of these scam artists disguised as a dentist office.

I waited 20 minutes until I was taken back for x rays. The after the tech placed the films in my mouth so uncomfortable, I was returned to the waiting room because there was a room for me! When I was placed in an exam room, I saw the dentist before the cleaning tech. Informed the teeth were good. He did recommend a water pick. (The chair was very uncomfortable.) When we finally got to see the dentist it was a professional visit. However had to wait an hour and a half before we were called back. If my tooth was not broken I would have walked out. RIdiculous.

I THOUGHT MAYBE I WOULD BE CALLING THIS DENTIST HOME, BUT I MAYBE RECONSIDERING. MY WAIT WAS EXTREMLY LONG AND THE DOCTOR APPEARED TO BE VERY RUSHED WHICH I COULD NOT VOICE MY CONCERNS.
