I will tell you the first time I went I did not have a good experience. They did my evaluation and X-rays and then wanted a couple hundred for services not covered by insurance. When I said no, just clean my teeth they would not without the other services. A year later I am having a tooth ache and tried a different dentist. Same thing, less all the X-rays. So I went back to Aspen and did the deep cleaning and now I am pain free. Many thanks to my hygienist, Janae Smith. Teresa
I have been going to the Harbison location for a couple of years now. On Monday morning, I had an old filing fall out of my front tooth. I called Aspen Dental for an appointment, After I was on hold for about 15 minutes, a lady asked me 3 times what tooth it was, then told me that they did not do the filing work and advised me to go to my prior dentist that put in the filing.... The Harbison, SC office staff of Aspen Dental are absolutely aweful. While I love the Dentist there, the office staff that runs it is frustratingly disorganized. At my first appointment, I sat there for 30 minutes before the receptionist asked if I had completed the paperwork yet. SHE HADN'T GIVEN ME ANY. So after the exam, I schedule and prepay (which I'll never do again) for a cleaning. First off, I had to call to find out where this place actually was. Then I was there what seemed like hours for a simple evaluation which could have been done in 20 minutes. That said, They were extremely nice but referred me to somewhere else to have a root canal and the doctor they referred me to was extraordinarily expensive. I am used to my dentist doing everything at his office. But over-all the office was very nice and seemed to be well equipped. This particular office is fine for an initial visit, however they do not like to honor their contracts. I had my initial visit, then went a second time to get some extractions and a partial. After that, they tried pushing off the post op appointment and adjustments, which are included in the price. I wound up transferring to the Lexington, SC office. I wouldn't go to the Harbison office, nor would I send any other person there. If you want to go to Aspen Dental, go to the Lexington office.
Had an appointment 2:15,OK 3:00 someone comes out to talk to me an say sorry we can't see u today we have 2 new patients in back so we're going to make another appointment tomorrow
I took my sister who lives in an assisted living home to Aspen on June 28 , 2016 for denture repair. Our appoint was scheduled for1:40 pm. We arrived early at 1:15 for paper work and so forth. The 1:40 appointment time came went. At about 2 o' clock I asked how much longer? I was told it would not be much longer. At 3:16 we finally saw a dentist. I first rated Aspen as a 2 because of a billing issue and to my it didn't look like it would be resolved but after talking to corporate they resolved it and even in my steering tone Rasheema she never lost her cool and tried to help me to the best of her ability. Had to rerate them and let it be known they did resolve the issue and now after 2 1/2 of waiting I can start working on getting a new partial. Thanks Aspen
