My appointment was for 9 am and it is now 10:52 am. I've been waiting for a very long time. The lady that came in after me had an appointment time of 9:30am and went back before me because she complained of the wait time. That's completely unprofessional and ridiculous wait times.

Worst dentist office. Please go to another privately owned office, you'll end up paying much less and getting the service that you need. Scheduled a regular cleaning and decided instead to take x-rays and schedule cleanings for two separate visits. Staff was very unprofessional and concerned more with getting sued for some strange reason than caring for the patient.

Aspen dental in Columbus ga is a FRAUD. Seriously. They told me my daughter had 5 cavities and the bill added up to thousands of dollars. But when I took her to another dentist they told me that was not true. They said her teeth were perfect with no cavities. Go get an second opinion from another dentist..I promise u you have been scammed. TRUST ME!

Corporate Dentistry at it’s worst!! Staff was great, dentist was obviously in a big hurry to move on to her next patient...
Not happy at all. After expressing my irritation during my visit yesterday concerning miscommunication by staff during previous visits, I was treated rudely and disrespected by all staff members. Than I am told prior to my appointment that I have a credit of over $400 because they billed my Fortiva account for services yet to be rendered. Unprofessional to say the least. I felt like nothing more than a patient number and a dollar sign walking our the door

Doctor installed a crown in 2014 and it came out in April 2017. Doctor fixed it in April 2017 and it came out again in less than 3 months. Unfortunately , the crown got lost as it came out while eating dinner, but Aspen, very bluntly and wrongfully rejected any responsibility of the bad work. On top of that the dentist refused to give me a new crown until i see the periodontist for crown lengthening. Love the staff and have always received fantastic service. Was in the office a couple of weeks ago and after questioning a bump under my tonque, the dentists examined the area and told me I may have a salivary stone in my linqual lower anterior. Said I would need to come back in on July 19th to see a visiting Oral Surgeon Dr Chisom. Once I arrived for the visit I had to pay $127.00 up front.
