Staff was great. They said all I needed was a cleaning. Gave me a quote of 404.00. Just cleaning, ex rays were no charge????? They contacted me 8 times prior to the ap't to remind me. That boarders on harassment.
At first I thought yeah a dentist that will work with me. Well they did up until late my permanent partial was due a day they wanted another 2,000 to do a "deep cleaning" that I never consisted to and to pay for the partial that u was told that was in the original price. I'll never use them again.
I made an appointment online to get my broken tooth evaluated at 11 this morning. Got a call at 8:21 this morning saying my appointment would have to be rescheduled. That's just great. No where else is open the rest of today. If you're going to have the options online to book, make sure the appointment is available. I could've went to a different dentist who could've taken care of my problem, he was open until noon. I had a appointment scheduled for this morning @ 9:45am- new patient was told to be here 15 minutes early for paperwork- AND still sitting in waiting room @ 11:00am. Very unhappy with this visit especially coming all the way from Opelika and taking off work, was considered an (Emergency Appointment)
Been waiting over a hour to have my boys seen. As people are walking in and getting seen, we are still sitting here! "Gonna be next" is all I'm getting. At least reschedule people or let people know your behind!
I had a problem with an 8 yr old cap. Went to Aspen, found out had 3 cavities as well. They corrected 2 but had to go back and have one done a 2nd time. Then they replace my cap. Had problems with the permanent, they had to re-do it. Now I'm having problems with the 2nd permanent. Maybe 3rd times a charm, but I am not a happy camper at this point, and I'm seriously thinking of calling my insurance company and having them find another dentist to make it right!
