I went there yesterday. The people are nice but prices are sky high.
Rude customer service! Their supervisor (Ashley) was not very helpful on the phone. She couldn't give me a straight answer on billing questions, even though the bill I received in the mail said "Billing Questions? Call 706-321-3909, Option 3".... really though? I have taken my children to Aspen Dental 3 times in the past year and they are just now telling me of a charge in January 2016 that wasn't paid in full by my insurance company. I have been here 4 times with my daughter and for myself. 2 of the 4 times we waited more than a hour past our appointment time. Today almost 2 hrs. People are nice but get it the hell together.
They told me I had to pay 4000 dollars for a teeth replacement they gots to be crazy
They called me to reschedule my appointment TWICE after I had already paid upfront for everything. The office staff is rude and have not been trained to take a simple charge off a bill. My first appointment was scheduled at 7:30am so they asked me to be there at 7:15am to fill out paper work but didn't even open the door til 7:35am. Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist.
Worst office for dental care, waited over an hour and a half as a new patient and still wasn't seen. Finally just got up and left. Terrible customer service from the front desk clerk and clearly very slow team.
Wouldn't go here again even if it was free. I had a few fillings done by Dr. Candace Lauderdale and had a very small chip that needed to be fixed in between my front teeth. Instead of filling it in or telling me what she would do, she proceeded in shaving my tooth. She does not communicate while performing her work, like many dentists I have been to. I developed a tooth ache day before Thanksgiving and it got worst with each passing day. Because of the holiday and weekend I jut had to live with the pain. So this past Monday I was determined to find some way to stop the pain. Aspen Dental did way more than that - they gave me a complete exam - they could not have teen more professional - more kind - more understanding and once I got the medicine they prescribed - I could not have been more happy.
