My experience at Aspen Dental in Cookville, Tenn was the absolute best! All of the staff were very courteous and kind as well as understanding of my needs. They got to know me and were very friendly and although I am a dentaphobe, I felt like I was surrounded by family. I highly recommend this dental office!
Absolutely love this dental office been to quite a few and this one is by far my favorite excellent staff especially mia she does an amazing job cleaning my teeth they are very sensitive and I had no problems with her cleaning them was very polite and courteous to me all the dental assistants, dentists and office manager were all overly great will definitely be coming back would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family...I will no longer be going to any other dental office aspen will always be the place I go ... read more
I love the staff. Everyone goes out of their way to be kind and friendly.
Today was my first visit and NOT my last. Personable, courteous, knowledgeable staff. Superior staff, doctors, financial adviser and hygienists. EVERYTHING is completely and accurately explained. I agree with Lynn Barton, all employees are a bonus and wonderful.
Wow, everyone at Aspen is extremely nice and gentle! What a bonus to have such wonderful people taking care of you. Wesley you are fantastic!!
They couldn't care less about their patients and are only interested in taking more money out of our pockets.

Please read, be warned. I wouldn’t give a single star if I didn’t have to. This is shady upselling at its finest. Two root canals & crowns that cost out of pocket $3,522.60 at Aspen Dental in Cookeville, TN. The $3,522.60 does not include anything they charged my insurance. To be clear, I’ve had no issues from the root canal & crown on the back tooth but the second tooth, tooth 11 (canine), I do have a problem. I was overcharged for having a extraction and was told it would be taken care of. I still have not received a refund and no one is willing to fix this. I have been given a credit to be used there for future services but I have no intent to do business with a company that operates like this ever again!

I've had my appointment for a cleaning scheduled 6 months ago. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the hygienist wasn't there. I will be finding a new dentist office in the future.
