They are a total rip off and do not know what they are doing. My wife has been there 7 times in one month to have one tooth fixed, guess what, still not fixed.
the dentist there was horrible i asked her to not put the pick on my teeth she then said its not a pic its an instrument when i asked to see what it was it was a pick and continued to treat me like im dumb and not call it a pick she then told me point blank bad knews like it was nothing. to top it off her and the others there started to talk how they have no sympathy for the homeless
Poor was the worst rating listed, but I would give them less than that if I could! I had to take a day off work for this appointment which turned out to be total waste of time! The dentist refused to even speak with me about my tooth problems or the fact that I want dentures....she just walked in the room and said "no, I will not give you dentures". First time at aspen dental in cookeville everyone was really friendly and the only complaint I have they are two high for my pocket if I could afford them I would go there all the time .....the lady that did my X-rays she was nice but seemed unhappy or something but all in all everything was great the dr burgess I believe her name is she did a terrific job and can't remember the nurse that help her she was really sweet and nice
Please don't give these people your money. If I could rate lower I would. They don't know what they're doing. From the receptionist, to billing, to the assistants, all the way to the dentist, incompetence all around. Changing the plans and prices of procedures, cancelling appointments once you're already there, lack of knowledge, and terrible skills at diagnosing the problems AND fixing them. And they don't even care. They'll just keep taking your money and ruining your mouth.
I went because I have a back tooth ready to come out. The doctor said I have to high of a extensive medical history, that she would not touch it. The first person that started with me taking the x-rays was very rude,! As I was dry heaves. Also when I made the appointment I was told 2 p.m. when I got there' they said it was at 3p.m. after they called to verify the appointment the day before and said 2 p.m. I was very pissed off! As I am disabled and in a wheelchair. Now she gave me a refer referral fir a oral surgeon.
Aspen dental has been the worst dental experience I've ever had. I went for a filling and the dentist was very rude during the whole process. She numbs me and starts drilling. I say ow as I can feel her drilling and she said,"why does that hurt?" Shouldn't she know she's the dentist. She numbed me again and I could still feel it but decided not to say anything because she was so rude the first time. So finally the painful experience was over. Went home and I was numb for 7 hours. Absolutely hated the experience at this office. The dentist and staff are very unprofessional very rude. I didn't get the feeling that they care about their patients at all. I wouldn't recommend this place for your dog much less yourself.
The receptionist and the tech that cleaned my teeth were great. Very professional and friendly. I wasn't very impressed wih the dentist, Dr Burgess, tho. She didn't pay attention to what she was doing. She would do something and then ask the tech if she did it, apparently not remembering she had just done it. She was also very rough and it felt like I was going to have bruised lips from her being so rough! Of course you have to pay in full before they do anything.
