I already had an upper set previously but lost them during the pandemic. I went ahead and came to Aspen because they was open. And had my bottoms pulled to. I was told with package I got I would get 2 full sets of teeth. I didn't read their contract word for word. When it came time to to get the permanent set they was only going to provide the lowers. They just want your money and will make you have unnecessary procedures. They told me that I had Gingivitis and made me spend a fortune. When I realized they were a big scam I went to another dentist and they told me that I did not have gingivitis and there were absolutely no signs of gum disease. They also never sent my xrays to my new dentist. I reached out several times and so did my dentist. I went there in person and they told me they would have to mail them and they never did.

Don't mislead the patient. All my teeth are already pulled. The apology phone call that included, "you can still get what you want" came with an additional 8000 bill. I WOULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS, if you had been upfront.

I will never use them they are very painful and hurt you and then make you leave in pain they are so inconsiderate

Well I go in with a cracked tooth to have pulled. I am still in pain because they would not put it because they don't know how to take BP. The first time that they tried to take it, the little wrist monitor would not work. The second time it was a little high and then the last girl that took it, just came in and put that liltte wrist monitor on and threw it on my leg and came back to read that and it was 170 over 102 i think. Aspen Dental in Cookeville and Tullahoma have both given me such horrible experiences. From junk dentures that the teeth pop out of to humiliation by the staff at both locations. They make you wait longer if you are an unhappy customer too. It is 3:00 and i have been here since 10:30 this morning. I have given them numerous chances to make this right for the past 2.5 years and I'm done. They are rude and only out for money. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE! I paid for their top of the line dentures and I got JUNK!

First of all it is ALL about the money. I have a gum disease that requires to be treated every 4 month. I went for my appointment this week and the price had gone from 147.00 to 198.00. I could pay so the cut out some of the treatment. I wonder now if I really have this disease. Going for 2nd opinion.

Dr. Burgess has the worst attitude ! Can not believe a reputable company would allow her to continue practicing in their office here in Cookeville Tennessee. After the second visit things did not improve..in fact they got worse..I complained to the manager..the next visit she up took it up to another level of malicious behavior.
