Took 4 trips for a filling and fixing a couple chipped teeth. Nearly an hour wait each time. When work was finally finished, chipped teeth arent even straight...will not return there, even for them to fix their poor work. Other choices.

I had a wonderful experience...Dr. Burgess and her staff are some of the kindest I've ever been in contact with. They will be finishing the work on my teeth that I need done and I will continue to see them.

First of all, Dr. Burgess only spent about 5 minutes going over my treatment plan and seemed uncaring and unprofessional, but, made sure to tell me that they liked 5 star reviews. I was informed to wait for the office manager to go over the plan and costs. After 45 minutes I was able to get the attention of a worker to find out if I was going to be helped. The worst experience of my life in a dental clinic was in this place in the city of Cookeville Tennessee. Lack of privacy. The general manager does not know her work and is very unprofessional. The doctor who did not even say her name showed a total lack of respect, kindness and consideration. She treated me rudely and all his gestures and composures were the worst I've seen. Both the doctor and the manager apparently only care about the money. Only the receptionists behaved with delicacy and kindness. I would not recommend ... read more

I’m not too sure why this place is even in business. They can’t even do root canals... which dentists should and can do every day. They referred him to an oral surgeon who could extract the tooth if needed. No thanks... I’m not gonna trust you nor any office you recommend. Plus, they told my husband the wrong tooth # that was hurting. Thankfully, when we were able to get an appointment with my dentist- who is amazing btw, he confirmed before extracting the tooth. The dentist there is a very rude, unprofessional and very uncaring. I will never go back to that place again. And I suggest nobody else go there either.

If I could give less than one star on this review, I happily would. I scheduled an emergency appointment with Aspen Dental for my husband, who's been experiencing excruciating pain for several days as the result of an infected tooth (which is something he has dealt with before). I chose an appointment time that aligned with my husband's lunch hour hoping that he could miss as little work as possible for this appointment, but that hope was squashed by the fact that we waited 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment time bef... read more

worst service my wife has ever seen. couldn't do a simple extraction, told my wife her only option was a root canal and sent her away with nothing to help the pain. go else where people this place has no competent employees or dentists.
