First off each time I have been I’ve always arrived 10-15 minutes prior to my appointment time and some how always end up waiting about 45 minutes after appointment time. Also not very caring people they just get you in and out as quick as they can. Tech’s are not professional AT ALL. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Do not get work done here, absolutely the worst experience ever!
I had a consultation for some dental work. Paid in full at the consult for services that would be be broken up into two future appointments. I scheduled my first appointment for an upcoming Friday. Between the consult and my schedule appointment, I received a call from the hygienist, asking if I could reschedule. I told her I’d already planned for that day and couldn’t reschedule. She said ok. RecommendedMy visit was horrifying. The substitute dentist destroyed my 2 front teeth but grinding a huge hole all the way through and then putting the wrong type of filling in. She rebuilt my teeth to look like a clown and damaged my gums so bad that I was swollen for 2 weeks! I had bruising on my jaw line and face from where she pushed trying to get the tape thing between my teeth and couldn't. they picked my husband as one of their Veterans!!!!! Terrible. Placed on hold multiple times when calling to confirm appointment. Showed up to a cancelled appointment.
Everyone was nice and friendly.One thing I didn't like was when I went to pay the receptionist was on the phone with somebody instead of putting them on hold and doing a quick transaction for me so I could get on my way she continue to just talk with a person on the phone when I'm the customer right there and also the customer getting hip replacement in November so wasn't easy standing there. I enjoy Jenny, DH. She remembers my family and is very personable. Tracey at the front desk is very nice too. My biggest complaint would be that contacting anyone in the office is tedious. The desk seems very short staffed, and when you call, you get the corporate number and have to listen to a menu to be transferred to their specific office.
