I was greeted by a friendly staff. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and informative. My hygienist was very careful but did an exceptional job with cleaning my teeth and answered all questions to my satisfaction. The office was clean and modern. I would highly recommend making a visit and giving Aspen Dental East Peoria a chance. Thanks Aspen and I'll see you on my next visit!

It was a good experience. The staff is very very nice. The dentist, well I may be a little prejudice but he was fantastic!
Aspen Dental, East Peoria is the worst place I have ever tried to do business with. Thay have been jerking me around since April 1, cancelling appointments, lying about availability, can't fix my teeth. Morgan called to tell me I would have to go without teeth until the next available time they could get me in August 18. She disconnected my call because I protested. because I don't want to be without teeth for 18 days. Complete waste of time and money.
I don’t recommend Aspen Dental in Largo Florida. They are hard to get into, you need to schedule appointments for even the smallest adjustments and the quality of the dentures is just not there. Had a set done last June. By October one of the teeth had discoloration under it. I couldn’t get in to have it fixed before I had to leave the area. Today, one of the front teeth just fell out. This is not worth the money they charge. I should have gone back to Bangor Maine. That office did it right.

I went to Aspen dental in New York State in 2017 and they totally destroyed my crowns that they put in they didn’t put them in right and they are so far away from my gums I can stick my pinky in and they will not fix it they said they gave me my money back but no Dentist will fix it without me paying for it because my insurance won’t pay for another Dentist mistake.

they are horrible, the office is filthy, the light I had, had gunk on it. I had so much gauze in my mouth from getting a tooth pulled and my lip being cut I looked like a victim, and I was.

Rude staff and dentist. Both times I went into the office, I had to make myself known as I was not recognized by staff even after several minutes of them chatting behind the desk together. It’s a pain to get everything switched, but worth it not to experience this disrespect.

False advertising 19.00 Ex ray and examination for new patients doesn’t apply if you have a dental plan or dental insurance and they will only accept care credit if the bill is 200.00 or more which they failed to tell me when I confirmed my appointment and told them I was going to use it. They said perfect we’ll see you at your appointment. :(
