They set appointments, but you're lucky to get in within 30 minutes of your scheduled time. Also, they say if you have an emergency that they'll get you in ASAP which to them means 2 weeks... Long time to be in pain or have broken dentures. Also, they have a price guarantee so after shelling out over 6 grand I thought I was all paid up, then I get a bill in the mail for over $400.
Now that they have a new Doctor I will continue to go to the East Peoria Aspen Dental. I went to Bloomington which is 45 minutes from my home because of the Doctor before her.
