awful dentist! They messed up my crown and refuse to fix it.
To remove 5 teeth was a very painful ordeal. The doctor couldn't get a tooth out so she grinned my jaw bone down to nothing. Now my bottom teeth do not and I was told will not fit because there is no bone. Well there was until she grinned it all away. It cost was almost 6000.00 that has to be paid up front so I can't go anywhere else. I was in so much pain the next day I tried to get in to see the Dr and was told they were booked for 2 weeks. Made an appointment to get a cracked wisdom tooth removed.. Got rescheduled the first time an hr b4 the appointment. The dentist felt like she couldn't remove it so someone else had to. Got rescheduled again 20min before my apt cause the dentist is sick. I am extremely un pleased. Already paid half for this and I can't keep taking days off work... Waists everyones time and money
Perhaps I'm at the wrong end of the curve for the procedure of having dentures made, but it's been a miserable experience that I completely regret. First- pulling ALL of my teeth with just local anesthetic was a horrible ordeal that took around FIVE HOURS over two appointments. I was probably in shock and shouldn't have driven myself home either day. There have been several follow-up surgeries to remove bone fragments and file down new growth- more weeks of misery. My Mom had dentures since the age of 19 years old, yes, I could not believe this when she told the dentist and Myself, well she broke a piece or 2 off her denture, and needed a consult to get new ones, or repair this . Very pleasant, atmosphere,were taken to get x rays then to see the doctor, who explained they were going to make impressions (to save us a trip) since we live out of town. so we did that, we were given prices for 4 different kinds of dentures and coverage of dentures. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. They quoted me 495.00 AFTER INSURANCE pays their part (which my plan covers routine maintenance 100%) for a DENTAL CLEANING. 495.00. I walked out.
I don't like it when I'm quoted a price of $78 dollars on a cleaning special and they charge $214 and when you call and complain they say manager will call you and they don't Very poor business practice
What a SHAM!!!! Took my son there for a routine visit and could not have been more disappointed! They came back with a whole list of things that needed to be done and a 7 THOUSAND DOLLAR ESTIMATE!!!!! Talk about jaw dropping. Well obviously we were not going to take their word for it. I am beyond sadden in the acts that took place of my mothers appointment yesterday leaving her in tears. You all should know better then to make fun of someone. Your job is to help people and to make them more understanding with dental care! Making fun of someone to the point that they are crying when they leave is not exceptionable. My mother is a very gracious person and who spends 90% of her time doing church work and feeding the homeless in our area!
