Aspen dental in East Peoria is the worst dental office I've been to. I had over $8000.00 dollars worth of dentures and I can't eat meat unless it's ground or run through a tenderizer. They can't make dentures that fit my mouth. All I get is lots of BS stories and excuses. I regret ever going there
Started off pretty well. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Once I went in the back it started to go down from there. The tech woman was very rough! While getting x-rays she was shoving the films in my mouth and down my throat. I had several cuts on my gums from her. I sat in the chair and the hygienist Jenny was very nice, explained everything and taljed to me like a human being. Then the dentist came in. Not a word was spoken to me at all! I waited well beyond my appt time. The Dr had a terrible chair side manner. He said I did not have any cavities, then decided I did Have! They told me the visit was 19.00 ended up charging my Ins., Co., over 133.00 I will not return there and wish I had checked on them before going the first time!
Took my daughter here for an exam for school a few months ago, I was told she needed to have a cavity filled so I set up an appointment. 2 months later, today I take my daughter in after taking her out of school early. We sign in and they request my payment in full before my daughter was even seen. So I pay and we wait 25 minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time. Then finally we get back to the room, the woman doctor comes in and straight refuses to do the treatment on my daughter and tells me I need to to go elsewhere w... read more

I was surprised To receive such a quick appointment . Now i know why. Ill never use them again. I had teeth pulled. 1 came apart in pieces. She assured me there would be no pieces that she got them all. Over 12 pieces have worked out so far. I've had this done before and asked for painkillers. And they give me ibuprofen. I was in serious Pain 3 days wishing i could die. Fortunately They give me amoxicillin Prior to removal because of knee replacements. I Had a terrible Infection For a week. I TOOK MY HUSBAND THERE TODAY AND SHE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR HIM BUT MAKE HIM MORE MISERABLE AND GAVE ANTIBIOTICS!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE AND I LET THEM KNOW THAT!! MAD AS HELL WIFE!!!!!!!
Dr Imadomwanyi has the worst attitude and I felt like this location was a scam
The staff is great but the doctor is a dictator to her staff.
