I have nothing but high praise far the Eastside Aspen office
The so-called "managers" they hire are inept , the very reason I didn't have any dental work done by them. When I got my so-called "estimate" from the young male manager at the time, he was more interested in looking all around at what was going on in the office than making sure I got an accurate estimate. He also kept taking phone calls while working up my estimate so I had absolutely no faith that it was any where near accurate and decided to go elsewhere. My husband ... Let's make a change, how about 5 grand. Yeah right, maybe for rich ppl.
My husband scheduled an appointment using there online like they suggest for new patients. He had to wait a month to be seen for his initial appointment. When he showed up for the initial appointment he was told they have no record of him and that it would be another month before they could get him in. The lady was rude and showed very little customer service skills.
For the most part I have never run into any problems with this location. My girlfriend had one of her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Harper (fantastic guy!), but he told her he felt more comfortable setting up the removal of her other wisdom tooth when the oral surgeon would be in the office, due to the twisted roots, in case it had to be surgically removed. Just got dentures and need. Minor adjustment but must wait almost two weeks to get in. That sucks when ur mouth hurts. They told me to call and would make necessary adjustments but how would you feel if you have to wait two weeks. Terrible service very disappointed.
