Medicare fraud. The allowed amount and patient amount is different! Bait and switch. Was told total amount with insurance would be just over 300.00. Presented overdue bill for 2000.00! Which includes a toothbrush for 135.00!! Now threatening collections because the senior they scammed is paying in installments. Will not give itemized bill or dental records.
