This place tried to scam my family big time. My son needed 4 sealants and the office said my insurance wouldn't pay for any of it. Which I found out was wrong, it would pay for 100% for the sealants. When I confronted them, she told me she'd call back after she checked his file. Magically after 30 minutes and a lie of redoing the file, they said the sealants were paid for 100% ( yeah well DUH). Always stuck there forever even with an appointment! As soon as open enrollment comes I will be switching!!
Went into the office for a check up and cleaning. Staff was friendly enough but the end game was ridiculous. They get you in offering all this "free" stuff. When you turn around they want to charge you outrageous amounts for basic services. I never did get my teeth cleaned. To get that, I had to agree an $3000 worth of work that I highly doubt that I need. When a dentist has a financial consultant in the office I become highly suspect of their motives. Had dentures made but can not wear them because of pain. When I have them in can mot bite with front of mouth as the uppers slide and scrape the gum. Tried to have fixed but only reclined the plates I do not suggest you use them for that reason and they are expensive
This Place is a joke! Tell you one thing over phone then when you get there tell you another. $11,000 for upper and lower dentures. Then tells my mother that if she did not decide today they would not run her credit over the phone to see what she quailifed for since she did not want to do it today she would have to come back in to see him and wait till he could fit her in. This is mainly for the office -you have sent me 6 opportunities to confirm my appointment. WAY TOO MANY ! I called and I text and you still sent me 4 more times to confirm. Stop!
The finance person billed me to the wrong account. Under the wrong insurance. Then went back and I'm almost positive he overcharged me for services. Very unorganized, but easily got an appointment which is difficult elsewhere.
The person doing x-rays kept messing up, she tripped and almost landed in my lap, they refer you out for everything, they screw up the insurance coverages....
