not only was the lady on the phone very rude but i had just been there and had x-rays then they said u need them every year but yet did them again and charged me another 249$ for something i already had done and the girl was very rude as i was asking her y we was doing it again and she say well if u want your tooth fixed u will do it so 870.00$ to fix one tooth i will not be going back
Felt like buying a used car at a shady car lot. They keep trying to sell you services that are not needed and try to get you to visit more than you need to. Will never go again
Initially saw them for full upper dentures and partial lowers. On the day of surgery, they realized tbeir lav tech screwed up and ordered full lowers... AFTER they extracted four lower teeth! I was sent home with holes in the bottom of my mouth and NO dentures because of total unprofessionalism from their staff, and they informed me that the lab tech screwed up multiple orders and some patients went home aftet surgery with no dentures! Scheduled an appointment about 3 weeks out for 11 am. When I came to my appointment, which I had gotten there about 5-10 minutes sooner than my scheduled appointment, there was 1 other person in the waiting room with me, it took them about 30 minutes before they even brought me back from the waiting room. Awful place! Rude, nasty, not timely at all! They are not orangized, and unprofessional. obviously the lady I was dealing with was ingnorant, she thought kidney disease is contagious, wanted to know how I contracted it and when,what my treatment plan was and all sorts of BS before she stuck her hands in my mouth! The place was dirty and there hygienists looked like they hadnt bathed! The one even looked like she was under the influence, shaking, chewing on her lips, and pupils enlarged!
Properly inform patients of their obligations or expectations. We felt that your practices relative to finances were shady and unethical. We do not plan to visit your facilities again. I do plan to send a complaint to the BBB.
They lie and overcharge, and cant even keep there books straight.
I made a dental appointment on October 10, 2018. Today (12/20/2018) was my dental appointment scheduled for 7 pm. This morning I receive a text saying the appointment time is 6 pm, and when I call to find out what is going on the person that answered the phone informs me the office closes at 7:30 pm. I told them they could cancel the appointment and I will find another dentist. I went to Aspen Dental because I was in excruciating pain. I had to wait for the doctor for quite some time, but once the hygienist saw me crying, they got me some pain relief and tried to expedite my appointment. They were all very friendly, kind, and helpful. My only complaint is the price. Aspen not only doesn't take Medicaid, but their prices are insane. It would cost me $480 out of pocket to remove 2 teeth. My total care was estimated at nearly $4000. I'm a mother of 3 and a disabled veteran. I cannot afford that outrag... read more
