This is the worst run aspen dental office. they have repeatedly cancelled appointments after having to wait a month for said appointment. the office is a circus. the employees are rude. I will never go to any aspen dental office ever again. if anyone wants specfics of how bad they are, please im me. AVOID THIS OFFICE.
This place is a joke. I call it the Walmart of dental practices. Do not go here. We've had our appointments canceled twice due to them not having doctors there. Today we went in for one of our rescheduled appointments for a biopsy (that they INSISTED that we get done before they can move forward with the plan of care (extractions). RecommendedI cannot recommend strongly enough that you look elsewhere for dental care. In August, I went to the Florence location for help with a filling that fell out. I was told I'd need to get a crown. I also asked for a cleaning and decided to get whitening and Invisalign. Before anything was started, I sat with Courtney who set up the billing and put everything on a finance plan. I've been waiting over 6 months to receive my bottom Dentures as the first set was of extremely low quality. Not to mention I paid for the top of the line dentures. I was already being scheduled over 6 weeks apart for each appointment. So after I received the first denture that didn't fit along with being made poorly it took weeks to even start the process for the second denture. I called this location for my son to have some dental work, explained he is on the spectrum and only 15. The receptionist assured me they could do the work so an appointment was scheduled for two months from the time I initially called. On his appointment day, we went in, they first took x-rays, then got our insurance info. and I filled out a three page form for his medical history, which it all took nearly an hour. I like going there but I keep getting a bill and I don't owe anything... And they have yet to have it taken care of....
My insurace denied a claim due to the type of filling material I was told by Aspen it was all covered and now I am out 225.00 How was I to know there was different types of fillings Never was I told this.. Never will go to another Aspen Dental Office again and I will make sure I post on FB what a ripe off this was to me the consumer
Avoid this place. Very dishonest and untrustworthy. Quality is terrible and I have pictorial proof. There so called repair of a denture, looked like super glue. Broke in less than 12 hours. Took to affordable dentures and fixed in 1 day, (not super glue 2 day scam) with no seam, still very good a year later. Additionally they did it at insurance cost. Not insurance + Aspen tried.
