I am 65 years old and this is the absolute worst dentist I have ever been to. They have destroyed my teeth and refused to fix their mistakes. The office is managed terribly & the staff is rude.

this is the worst dental service I have ever recived they are all incompetent and rude to everyone. I have never received or witnessed such horrible service in my life. for example they were abusive to an old lady who was In sever pain because she could not run an I Pad. It was so bad I wanted to hug the old woman and yell at the receptionist . They charge more out of pocket with insurance than other dentist charge for cash services. They are scamming people. beware

Rude, Unprofessional and lack of Customer Service-even the office Manager would not honor a scheduled appointment that her staff scheduled... Talked to three different people to confirm and got three different responses to... we will just cancel your appointment! Horrible communication and shocked at how unprofessionally RUDE!! Very hateful office manager at the FWB and Crestview office. Emily at the Crestview office is a hateful person and will try and steal your money had to call corporate on her. Still don’t know how she still has her job. The office manager in Fwb office called me two times to cancel my appointment telling me that the doctor had an emergency. STOP!!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!! I went in and paid up front for dental work that was not done properly. Confirmed by 4 other dentist. They are a scam. First, they do not listener they just don’t care about any past dental problems when I tell them. Second, they told me to raise my right hand if I need them to stop. I did and they kept on going.
