I don t recommend it.I had the X-rays from my other dr office and they didn t take them and did new ones and charged me $77 then they said they would refund me the money and it s been 3 months and still nothing.The office manager doesn’t even return my call anymore.Also the dr and the nurses made fun of me during the extraction saying it s gonna cost me more and they need to use a drill and the tooth was already out.They didn’t act professional.The billing team is gonna tell you one thing and then doesn’t t do it.I absolutel... read more
Went to this Aspen Dental and the lil short dentist was a jerk to my wife and I!! Would never recommend them to anyone. We were talked to like crap because we didn’t want to get done what he wanted us to do. Seems like there more concerned about your money more than anything else. ����
Make sure you talk with your insurance before any treatment is performed. This place will give you assurance your insurance will cover the treatment then come back with a bill. This place is the used car lot of dentistry.
It was the worst! The Dentist, Rajiv Tuladhar was rude, abrasive and refused to let the hygienist perform a regular cleaning unless I agreed to let them perform a deep tissue/root cleaning. He diagnosed things he thought should be done and criticized the work I had already had done with very little examination in my mouth. It was like taking my car into a shady auto mechanic. For the experience of a lifetime......Chile the WHOLESTAFF is friendly,helpful and a good fun bunch..not to mention knowledgeable and scientific. They make sure to put u in an affordable plan. u will love each and everyone of them. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately I lost the card that had her info on it. I visited the one on Mary Esther Cutoff in Fort Walton Beach, FL. She helped me with all my needs. The general staff was kind and friendly. However, I had scheduled an annual appointment because I accidently missed my 6 mth cleaning. So they said I needed to have x-rays done again assuming they would fit in my cleaning at the same time. They did not.
