Big business wins again. I went to Aspen for jaw pain, they found no cause for the pain but told me I needed a cleaning and a filling. I agreed to them. They included an electric tooth brush I never asked for. I got the cleaning done thru the pain but could not get the filing done so I rescheduled. During the waiting I paid in full the amount quoted. DO NOT GO HERE! This place is one big up-sell! I went for an initial visit because I need a cleaning and a crown, but they wanted to up-sell me to a tune of over $5,000. I asked if I could just get my free cleaning my insurance covers and the woman said, "No, that would be MORALLY AND ETHICALLY WRONG." When I expressed displeasure, the woman literally ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. So I just paid $40 for absolutely nothing and wasted 2 hours of my time. I never seen a more rude of a doctor and staff. They messed up my girlfriends teeth and admitted it but still got defense and very rude. I also witnessed other costumer treated like their sub-human.
Worst dental experience I have ever had. I should have read all the reviews before going. I had 5 fillings which are all jagged. I can't floss between two of my molars with any size of floss. One of my fillings fell out and is very painful. If your life is to good and easy, go here! They will be rude to you and make the world appear much darker. Very horrible, I made an appointment on march 11th and they gave me a call back two days saying the doctor not going to be here. So they schedule me on march 20th just got a call saying the doctor not going to be here!!! I'm in so mush pain I need my wisdom removed so they said I have to wait until April 11th wtf really fucking really don't waste your money on this shit!!��
Had an appointment scheduled since 6 months ago!!! The hygienist cancelled my appointment- no one took time to call me- didn't notify me and have horrible unprofessional attitudes!!!!! Christina- the office manager has no respect for someone's personal time!! Horrible horrible!!!! Will never go here again!!!!! Christina is the most unprofessional office manager and Shannon the hygienist is completely unprofessional too - not even a phone call!!!!
