My daughter scheduled an appointment for a single toothache when she got to Aspen dental they proceeded to do a full mouth set of x-rays and a Panoramic which she was not eligible because she had her exam and X-rays in July. I called this office because I have a friend that is in tremendous pain over a tooth. So I called to ask for information as far as what my friend would need to bring to be seen. as in a co-payment picture ID I was unfamiliar with the process and was calling the office so my friend would be prepared before we made a visit or appointment. I could recommend for a basic checkup and cleaning service. Dental assistant OK, but quiet and did not offer any feedback on condition of gums and teeth until I asked. Dentist hardly glanced at teeth, came in and started upselling me on a battery operated toothbrush because I brush too hard (prior 2 visits no one said anything about that). No thanks, can adjust myself. Said I need a filling on the underside of a crown. OK. Office tried to charge me for that before I left to come back for the appt in August. First ti... read more

The dentists here are great; however, the front office staff is terrible. They are rude and not very helpful. I had an appointment set up at this facility on multiple occasions and they cancelled it without informing me. When I would show up at the facility, they would inform me I did not have an appointment because they cancelled it. When I would question why, they would say they tried to call me and I did not answer the phone to confirm the appointment. It turns out they had the wrong information on file. Be a little more understanding , especially in an emergency situation. Cracked a tooth on a walnut shell Dec 23rd. Tried all day Dec 24 (Christmas Eve Day) to find a Dentst in t Walton to no avail. Started again Dec 26th. Went to Aspen Dental on Mary Esther Cut-Off , 1 person in the waiting room, I was told since I wasn't an established patient they couldn't help me without a full dental exam ... First available appointment was January 4th. Refused to even let the dentist even look to see if some relief could be provided.

Need a new lady to answer phone calls! She was so rude.... called at 9:32 am (May 7) whoever that girl is needs a new job not working with the public
