My daughter just received care there. she was overcharged for what she had done. At the end of the appointment she was told " oh im sorry we can't refund you, we will give you a credit for your next appt. what kinda mickey mouse operation is that. its as simple as VOID and do another charge....Theives...never ever go there...HUGE RIP OFF

Do their job, came in to have tooth removed and they did not remove it. Because they wanted to remove more than just the one that was falling out

I would sooner pull my own teeth than to ever go into Aspen Dental in Fort Walton Beach again. I called for an appointment on Friday because I was hurting. I was told I had an 0745 appointment with Dr. Wong, and to arrive 15 minutes early to do paperwork. This I did. One half hour past my appointment time, I asked why the delay and was told I was a "work in" and did not in fact have an appointment. One hour after my appointment time I was taken into X-ray, but instead of just the one X-ray of the bad tooth, they performed ... read more
