The service was very friendly, polite and efficient. I broke 3 teeth on a Friday and they were able to get me in 10:45 Monday morning! I was in horrible pain and Aspen was the only office that would see me on such short notice. Not only was I seen, I was also treated the same day! The staff was very friendly and considerate to my pain. I now have a dental plan set up with affordable monthly payments. I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

I live in Richmond but my wisdom teeth were so painful I scheduled with Frankfort because they could get me in sooner. My appointment was at 8:30 so I got there at 8, just in case. Around 8:40 I was informed that he was running a bit behind but I was the next patient in line. I was called back at 9:05. Dr. Jae Ho Kim (I believe he travels between Aspen Dental offices as their oral surgeon) performed my surgery. He was so pleasant and apologized for the delay. I'm a true scaredy cat when it comes to the dentist which is ultimately why I went so long between appointments, then shame pursued because of how I let my teeth get so bad. The front desk staff, dentist, and hygienist were some of the most caring medical professionals I've seen. I was immensely grateful for the care I received and will continue with Aspen in frankfort, ky for all my dental care needs.

It is a good clean office full on nice people that know what they are doing. They take the time to tell you what you need in a manor that you can understand. The wait time can be a little long but they stay busy. They accept Carengiton care 500 dental discount plan that will help on the price.
