This place is a complete scam. They get you in the door with their "free exam and xray" marketing. Then they lie and tell you that you have Gingivitis and need really expensive and unnecessary treatments. Total scam artists. Google Aspen Dental. They have a horrible reputation and lots of complaints against them filed with the BBB. It's a chain dental company who teaches their employees to lie to customers to maximize profit. Went by this place this morning to try and check it out. Big signs in the windows that say "NOW OPEN". Door sign stated they open at 7:30am. The door is locked. I called, the girl that answered the phone said, "Oh, looks like they are in meetings." Are you serious!! Just lost a customer due to a wasted trip. Poor business practices!
They suck and if u get pregnant while working there go ahead and expect them to find a reason to get rid of u
I made an appointment at 7 am for new patient exam, cleaning and a filling in one tooth. I arrived at 7 am and was promptly seen. I was told I would have to come back at 10 am for my cleaning. I have dental insurance and was told I would need special cleaning which would cost $198.00. I paid the $198 and left got breakfast and did some errands. I arrived back at 9:45 an and waited until 10:15, at which time I was told to go have some lunch and come back after lunch. I asked ... I also had to make an appointment in a few days... read more
