I started with Aspen not long after they opened their Gadsden office (August, I believe). I don't have the greatest dental record, so yeah, I expected to need some additional work...but they convinced me that my teeth were "soooo" bad, I needed to let them pull 2 additional teeth so that they could do a partial denture, along with some super deep cleaning they said I needed. It was a very very upsetting day. My dentures was all wrong. I've been back and forth for 5 times now and still don't have my dentures. I'm very disappointed

Six months ago, i got a cleaning appointment on 4/6/17 at 2 PM. This was with OPE2 and when she called to verify my appointment, we changed it to 4/17/2017 at 2:00 PM. We live in Oneonta, Alabama and drive 38 miles one way to the dentist. It is as easy to drive in this direction as the Birmingham direction. So, I arrived in Gadsden at 1:00 and was shopping and at about 1:10 I get a call from the office asking me if I want to reschedule my appointment. I said "No, I'm already here." Went in for something simple and left with the same problem!!! They were more interested in charging me for things I didn't want done just so they could make more money off of me!!! When they found out I couldn't afford it they told me to leave!! Shame on them!!!!!

Horrible customer service! After waiting 11 months for my permanent dentures, I was so excited! Got a call the night before my appt (Tuesday)telling me they had to reschedule because their doctor was out of the country. Ok, you have 2 dentists on staff, where's the other one? And their "fill in" dentist had an emergency. "We can get you in on Monday at 1:30". I am upset, but ok. The Garden office has the rudest, most unprofessional employees I have ever seen! I waited a week for an appointment for a toothache and then got told that even if I paid for any treatment they wouldn't do anything for me the first visit!
It's a rip off. I asked for a cleaning and got a story about gum disease and bone loss. Needs treatment for $1,500 out of pocket. And the insurance will pay them $1,300. I don't think so because I have always taken care of my teeth and gums. I will be contacting my insurance company to make sure that they don't charge for a cleaning that I never received. When I left I was hot as a firecracker ready to explode!!!So instead I am going to expose Aspen Dental You Get 1/2 star....You Feel Me Now????
