Donny, my dental assistant was the greatest! Thank you. HOWEVER, my follow-up appointment was a disaster!!! The DENTIST totally lied to me looking me straight in the eye!!! Told me he coukd do my small filling with no problem. So, I made the appointment for a weeknlater. TWO HOURS before my appointment, the office staff called and told me the DENTIST said I would need my cleaning and treatment first - at least 1/2 of it done NOW. Additional charge today $250!!!!!! Dentist is a fraud. Doctor claims he did surgery and billed my insurance for pulling a half a tooth. Dentist was in the room 3 minutes. I’ll never pay this bill. I don’t give a rats ass if he screws my credit he’s a fraud. I told everyone in that office I was on social security and I asked what everything cost. They total friggin’ screwed me. I’ll never go back and I’ll make sure all my Humana friends don’t use him. I asked for the notes which were never sent to me. So they can eat that $317 for pulling a half a tooth.

How you people make appointments all day with your Oral Surgeon knowing damn well he resigned and his last day is next Wednesday. You folks got to do better....looking SHADY AF 😠

Make sure you double check the quote with your insurance company. They do not tell you the deep cleaning is not covered. What was supposed to be 250.00 turned out to be 520.00 On and their gift of the electric toothbrush was a scam they billed my insurance for it and they denied so I paid for my gift

They had a dentist see a new patient on his last day there. Had a new dental assistant that didn’t know where the bathroom was. She had NO training at all. We were suppose to wait for a treatment plan/insurance coverage, etc…waited an hour, girls in office just gossiping. Finally asked if they could email it to us. Did not receive it yet. Very unprofessional office. KAP.

Just spent $1500 on a new set of dentures. As a long time denture wearer, this was my fourth set. It took 5 weeks to make the dentures. I picked them up on Monday, by Wednesday my mouth was so sore I couldn't eat. I called to schedule a re-alignment. The earliest they can get me in is in 3 weeks!!!! What am i supposed to do for 3 weeks??? Expensive, poor service (especially for follow-ups). Do NOT utilize this dental service!!! I NEVER had this problem with any of my previous dentures!

The doctors definitely knew what they were doing, however, two things really caught my attention and one thing let me know how money hungry they were. First, the doctor was so aggressive with the floss, didn’t care that I was clearly in pain, and kept being unapologetically aggressive. It’s now 3 days later and parts of my gums are still very sensitive to me brushing.
