Came in to Aspen Dental and was attended fast and friendly. Had the panoramic and x-rays with a kind assistant, and a hygienist checked my gums. Later the Dentist looked at my teeth and gave his evaluation. Very informative, the same the office manager. I had a good experience and do recommend them
Went in due to pain from a wisdom tooth coming in. During talking to the dentist about an experience I had as a kid and my fear of dentists, their reply was “Bad experiences are no reason not to take care of your teeth. I’ve had bad experiences with women, but you don’t see me changing my sex and dating men”. Needless to say, I was very upset when I left and will not be returning to this specific location.
They told me over the phone that they accept the insurance we have and we drive 60 miles to there and then they tell me they don't take it .I will not recommend them to no one. They need to get it together .
worried at first/looks like they have all old equitement which makes it look not so clean. Listen to a couple people going over my xrays and it sounded like they didn't know what was what. Fear set in until my dentist came in. She knew what to look for and what to do. Upon leaving they told me what I needed to work on and the order to do so. Recieved a reminder 6days ago... Then reminder text at 805 about appt at 8am. Called and was put on hold 3 times. Arrived and was told appt was cancelled. Without telling me. Wow. Didn't like the different dentist every time I went and you Will not get a penny from me.
Wife went in for a simple cavity. Several weeks later the pain intensified. They claimed it needs more work and a crown. Even suggesting another dental place that works with them. Made sure to say to mention their name for a discount. Poor service and poor quality of work. They will try to charge more by adding services not needed. Feels like going for an oil change and they want to change your engine. Stay away from this bunch of thieves and poor quality "DENTIST".
I believe it's time to start a class action lawsuit against this chain. This office is horrible! If you like being treated like scum, go here. There is no joy or warmth. They trick you into making multiple appointments so they can get more money. No one informs you of anything when initially making an appointment. If you can help it, never look their way, find a private dentist that cares about you as a patient. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!
I went in for them to pull an abcessed tooth its been two days of me contacting them being told several times someone would call me back for another consult after 3 hours of xrays exams and never actually seeing a dentist. Wheres the dentist. Why cant they pull a simple tooth on first visit.idont needto talk to ten people about pulling a tooth.
Everybody hates the dentist, because it feels like a guaranteed miserable experience. Not here. I personally prefer to be told what is going on in my mouth, rather than being kept out of the loop and told I need this or that, and then stabbed repeatedly. Here was my experience at Aspen:
