I had to wait a long time in the lobby and then also waited a long time once just getting preliminary X-rays done for my teeth cleaning. It took over 1.5hrs and I did not get a cleaning or any work done! They didn't explain what kind of cleaning I needed and was blind sided when I finally went to schedule another appointment for a cleaning which was only going to be mildly covered by my insurance and the office manager is explaining it to me instead of the dentist. They quickly jump to expensive options for treatment and the... read more

People really don't want to know.. I wished I would have never went there. $8000.00 to get dentures. With that amount you only get the first dentures. Have to pay $1800 more for permanent set six months later. I have had nothing but issues with my first set. They are going to make my permanent bottoms now. And had liner put on top teeth yesterday, now my teeth are crooked and I can't wear them!! It's just ridiculous. The staff are amazing though..

I guess the dentist decided she did want me has a patient, double talked about a root canal and crown for a cavity that does not even hurt. Maybe she does not like smokers or maybe race?

Let me tell you what happened. So I scheduled my appointment for my wisdom teeth removal on Monday. When I arrived, I signed in and waited almost an hour before my mother and I went to the receptionist to ask why it's taking so long. We were not informed that the surgeon called in sick that day. Of course, it's unpreventable, but they made me wait AN HOUR before informing us. So we got rescheduled for Wednesday and even then the wait was over 45 minutes. The receptionist was especially rude and unqualified for her position. ... read more

Unfortunately, for my 9am appointment, I waited for two hours until I was seen. The office staff was extremely apologetic and courteous, and on any other day I would hope that the wait times are not that long. However, I have been to multiple Aspen Dental offices in New Hampshire as well and I have had similar problems there. I am under the impression that the company as a whole understaffs and overbooks. Who's to know for sure. BUT the hygienists, dentists and front office staff are very helpful and nice....

Twice I've been there for a dental emergency and was turned away without them even asking what is wrong or who I was. The sign on the front states "walk-ins and emergencies welcome." FALSE. That's not been the case twice. Switching from this horrible establishment to a new one. I advise you to do the same.
