After they pulled a tooth, they refused to give me any painkillers when I was leaving their office. They did call in a script for me that I had to wait almost an hour for. I will never return nor take any of my family there.

So much for their peace of mind promise. I went in for a dental exam and cleaning, they determined I did have some periodontal disease, I paid over $300 out of pocket which was the estimated I would owe after the services were processed through insurance. I have now been trying to work with the insurance provider for almost a year to get the claim paid because insurance stated that there was no proven evidence of prior periodontal disease which warranted the level of service they provided. Aspen Dental was great when I was paying cash money (over $10k this year), but as soon as I introduced my new dental insurance policy they all acted like they've never worked with my insurance company before. I've been waiting since early September for a refund of something that should have been covered by my insurance policy (I unexpectedly paid cash since they "couldn't figure out my insurance.") So far I’ve waited 60 minutes for the appointment I had to prepay for. No respect for the patient shown here tho the staff was friendly.

Staff at the two locations used were friendly and helpful. Dental work done is below satisfactory. All teeth (3) that were addressed are below standard acceptance.. Unevenness makes it difficult to speak and to chew. I am sure that there are quality dentist practicing at Aspen Dental, but it is a draw as to whether a client gets a good one or not. At this time I cannot in good faith recommend Aspen Dental to friends or family.
I went in for my first visit and was waited on quickly and was impressed with how the Dr took his time to explain my options and was honest about the bad Dental work that (from another office) had lead to my problem. He was professional, tactful and compassionate! Everyone (Jeff and Mattie) took care of me and spent lots of time making sure I was comfortable and explaining my payment options! So glad I went!
