After waiting 2 months for a new patient visit. Our first visit wasn't friendly at all. We walked in no one was at the desk, people were walking by not one person said hi how are you can I help you nothing was said. I had to ask for new patient paperwork. Dental Assistants hardly said two words while examing my son. The check out lady said more to us than anyone else the whole time. Very disappointed.

One visit so far. It's what you would expect on the first visit. The place was not facy like some dental offices. I hope this is reflected in their prices. First visit was free. I should add going to the dentist is not my favorite experience since childhood, back in pre Novocain days. The dentist's chair would what they would put me in room 101(1984). So saying it wasn't bad for me indicates a positive rating.

Very unhappy with my second dental visit here, checkout staff was rude (and I had to wait an hour to check out) and all the sudden I may have '6 years until I need dentures' are u effing kidding me I have a couple of cavities, this place is a joke if I wouldn't have already paid for the rest of my appointments I would not go back

Staff is very courteous, but they have major scheduling issues. I arrived thirty minutes early for my cleaning that was booked a month ago( and paid for in advance), only to be told after waiting in the lobby for fifteen minutes that they had no record of the appointment. They could see that I had paid already, but couldn't squeeze me in despite being responsible for my wasted time. If you have the opportunity, perhaps try to find a dentist who values your time.

I had a filling that had fell out. Had to wait a month for an appointment. Only to show up and find they did not do root canals. After being in pain for over a month. Referred to another dentist and still did nothing for the pain was more interested in how you were going to pay for what needed to be done later instead of addressing the pain issue. Not sure where to begin. Scheduling is a nightmare. They send inconsistent voice mails and text messages and emails. We showed up for the time that was (a) in writing via text/email; (b) came 5PM Sunday night for Monday AM appointment. Office refused to honor it, and canceled because we were 15 minutes late for THEIR time (evidently the OTHER time came from the corporate office - the fact that it was in writing, the most recent communication from Aspen, and was from THEM seemed not to matter). Aspen Dental staff and Receptionist are very horrible. They need to communicate when it comes to patients needs. I will never go back to them again.
