I 've been avoiding the dentist my entire life. Then I went to Aspen Dental. There they painlessly extracted two teeth. I am I'm p dressed . No pain whatsoever. Not even the next day. In addition Aspen built me a new full upper denture and a partial lower denture. These dentures look and fit great. I am really impressed with the quality and the professionalism of the people working there. The staff at the Germantown clinic are awesome!!! Dr.Riebau and her team take the time to explain the process at hand in detail.. No judgements,just getting down to their work so you can walk away with a smile They're kind and caring and put their patients first. Truthfully I have never been to a better dentist and I'm not afraid to go back. They have financing packages so you don't have to break the bank,which is a BONUS!!!!

Had my second appointment today and have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Riebau and the staff! If you are looking for a dental clinic that will take the time to explain things and address all of your concerns and fears about seeing the dentist, this is the place! They are truly a "judgement free" clinic.

Don't worry, I Completely understand being rescheduled due to the doctor being on maternity leave for triplets! I love your customer service, eagerness to get my dental work done and concerns/follow up calls to keep me in the loop. Thank you for your hard work!

So happy that I made the choice to switch to aspen dental. I had my second appointment there today and have never felt more at ease with my dentist. As miserable as it is to have to have work done Dr. Vossen made me feel so comfortable and at ease with what was happening! She is excellent and so personable! I would recommend her to anyone looking!

They didn't know how to process dental insurance so I got charged the full out of network amount for my appointment even though I have insurance and I am in network. I spend time (waste time on the phone) every month going around in circles with these people and not getting helped. It is beyond ridiculous. Needless to say, I don't carry dental insurance anymore because it is pointless and haven't been to a dentist since. This place never amaze me,everything that any Dentist has done for me ,Aspen Dental has failed and I end up paying out of my pocket. Like on August 2 2022 A female dentist tried and failed horribly to pull a tooth out of my mouth and after 3 long painful hours gave up and now on August 3 I had to visit The Brookfield clinic for completion.If she couldn’t do it she should’ve said she couldn’t instead of touching me.Germantown Aspen Dental also made a partial wrong now Brookfield have to make it over again,so someone needs to ... read more
