Stay away from this place. If you have good insurance - they will attempt to milk it! My original dental office no longer accepted my insurance and I had to find a place with flexible hours, so this is where I ended up. Called less than a day notice to say they don't have a hygentist available to do a cleaning. Said their hygentist was on vacation with less than a days notice. Seems unprofessional .

After being told my visit wouldn't cost more than the $19 for a routine exam/cleaning, and if they were paid by my insurance then I would get a $19 refund. I was told that I need a "deep" cleaning which will cost me $1500 out of pocket and they refused to do the standard cleaning. I made a first appointment and then I was billed 3x what they initially told me. After several calls, they adjusted it for me... Fast forward months later I finally scheduled my tooth extraction and was surprised that I needed to pay everything up front instead of getting a bill AFTER they process the insurance claim. All I can say is don't do it!!!! I find it hard to put into words, they terrified me!! There work is at a very low level. I actually have to have work fixed by a different dentist.

This place has all the bells and whistles in place and still cannot help you in under two hours. I was here today for an emergency visit and was told I couldn't be seen after 2 hours because of another emergency that came in. Translation = go where the money is. Tried this place to see if they were different than other dentists - they're not. They can fix teeth but don't care about your time. Go here only if you must. Doctor was nice though the 4 mins I saw him.
If I could give them 0 stars I would the worst of the worst, big mistake I had the worst experience ever, the first appointment was a waste off time, the did nothing except for a so called manager very unprofessional read me a whole book of extra charges that my insurance does not "cover according to them", I find that hard too believe because I have the best insurance through the union, they also added stuff that I didn't need then later I find out by other offices. Literally EVERY TIME i come here im waiting a half hour. Even on days im late! This is insane. There right not. Appt was 4. STILL IN THE WAITING ROOM!!! the receptionist is really sweet. Aspen Dental is quick to charge you for services ahead of time (as example, you walk into an appointment and before the service is actually done they want payment, I told them I didn't care for this at all) however, I went along with that and made payments accordingly.
