I'm surprised at the negative reviews on Yelp. I had over $8000.00 worth of work done this year and am very pleased by the way Aspen has handled it. I can't say a bad word about them. The staff have always been professional, competent, and patient. There was one small problem, and it was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend them.

I am one of those people with a debilitating dental phobia and every time I've seen a dentist I feel judged and derided for my very real fears. This combo drove to avoid the dentist for 7 years until an abscessed tooth forced me to make an emergency appointment, and Aspen Dental was the first and closest place that popped up on Google. I have seen a few different dentists and they have all told me different things regarding my tooth aches/other problems. One day I couldn't stand the tooth ache I was having and did a google search for emergency dentists, Aspen Dental popped up. They were able to take me same day, and I got in pretty fast! All the staff were SUPER friendly and professional. They were able to figure out everything that needed to be done and most got taken care of all in the same day. Dr. Bo is one of the best dentists I have ever been too. There r many dentists here,make sure u specifically ask for Dr. Bo. She is very nice,expands everything, & will make sure u r pain free,& explains everything before doing any procedures. The 1st I was put with a dentist Dr. Haddad. He was so rough, didn't explain procedures, I have tmj, & told him that but while preparing on 2 back crowns he pushed so hard ,my jaw was not only in extreme pain,but was out of alineminment. Wonderful experience. Today I took my 101 year old mother to get new dentures. I first spoke to Holly on the phone and she was wonderful and helpful. When we got there Jessica came out to the car to help my mom into a wheelchair, and Dr Brian met her at the door while I parked. Dr. Brian explained that her ill fitting dentures were too old to fix. As my first trip to a new dentist office I was very nervous and unsure, but from the second I walked in the doors all the staff treated me with a warm welcome. They kept me smiling and satisfied the whole time. There work was very fast and gentle, and they're hours were very accommodating with my work schedule. I would only say they took a bit longer to get me in the chair because they were very busy. However I will be going to Aspen Dental from now on.

Incompetent is the word that comes to mind with the billing staff at this office. I have been trying to pay a bill since Oct. of 2025, and I have not seen it credited to my card. I've called several times, and have been told don't worry about it. Today I received a letter telling me I am in collections and I am livid. Caveat Emptor!!! Run away quickly

The office and staff is very unprofessional. They do not address their issues or problems. Just bill - I had numerous conversations with them and office manager and it goes no where. Contacted Regional Office and BBB appears they send the customer a generic letter. Then you get a call or voice from office manager asking if you need the charges explained to you. The charges were to be reversed - as they stated. Nothing done on their part again. After months and months - nothing has been fixed.
