They also told me I needed a bunch of treatments that would cost significant out of pocket - even after I took extreme care to make sure they were in network for my insurance. After 3 phone calls to confirm they were in network, at the apt, they claimed I was not covered and didn't have dental coverage. BEWARE! After recently moving to the area, I tried out this dentist. The first red flag was that they made me wait for my appointment while they called my insurance to ask what types of treatments were covered! I hadn't even been seen yet! During my exam I was promptly told I had gingivitis, cavities and needed several crowns, and they wanted to start on treatment right away.
