Poor customer service. Made to wait exceptionally long time. It’s like a factory.
I called yesterday because a front tooth was chipping off. Was told I could only get x-rays. I left with 2 beautiful temporary teeth until next appointment at end of the month. I'm so very happy. The bill... not so much...
EZ visit for X-ray & Cleaning. That didn't take very long. Then a long wait for the Dentist to get to my room on his rounds. Then, instead of waiting again for someone to come to me to set my next appointment I requested to simply stop at the desk on my way out. Anything to keep the traffic moving here!
At my last appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes to get in, but this time I only had to wait 15 minutes. The thing that really disturbed me was that I was almost done and was just waiting to see the dentist after the hygienist had finished and I had to wait almost 20 minutes because he was making a phone call. And then he asked me why I wasn't smiling when he came in. He saw me for about two minutes and that was it. I had to wait for 15 minutes for his two minutes and he wonders why I wasn't smiling.
Stay away. Worst service. Been waiting 2 hours appointment was made before hand..and visit 6 times before for trouble from pulling 12 teeth
Staff and assistants are good. Dr. Shah has good people skills but is pathetic and beyond dissapointing for Dental work. Stay away from Aspen. Money hungry corporate greed company.
I've been disappointed with receiving calls to reschedule my appointments and childrens appointments after being on the schedule for 9+ months. This has happened many times. I was given the option to split up the dentist appointment and have another day for the cleaning. The cleanings that my teenage children had were less than 10 mins. Super fast rush job. DON'T GO HERE. THEY RESCHEDULE YOU CONSTANTLY. YOU WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR. ASHLEY IS A TERRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER AND WAS TOLD NO,HE SHOULD NO. DONT GO HERE.
Due to my insurance and being a new patient it took several months to get a filling replaced. I finally was to have it done, but when I received my confirmation e-mail I noticed someone else was given my 10 AM slot and I was pushed to 11:30. I arrived on time, was asked to pay up front and then was told 2 minutes later the dentist was running late so I would have to reschedule...for an appointment in 5 weeks.
