I am extremely disappointed with Aspen Dental in Hanover. I had a wisdom tooth removed on 11/15, and at the end of my appointment I tried to book my appointment to have the remaining 3 surgically removed. They told me I needed to pay almost $300 to book the appointment with the specialist, which was fine. I go back into aspen on 11/20 to pay the requested amount to I could schedule to have my wisdom teeth removed and they proceed to tell me I cannot book the appointment or pay for the appointment until a previous balance on ... read more

I went to see the Dentists at Aspen Dental last week. I have 2 teeth missing and wanted to get work done. On giving my name to the receptionist, I was told that I owed $47.00 and she repeated it with a waiting room full of patients. I had never been there before. When we finally got that straight, I sat down and waited and waited. I was told that I had no Dental insurance, even though I have it taken out of my account monthly. Aspen dental used to have a good reputation. However, I went there based on a few people's recommendations. For me the first few people were friendly. I explained I had an autoimmune disease and was very sensitive to pain. My entire life I have always needed more numbing than the average person. When the doc came in to "numb" me I again explained. He said the stuff he has in is better than most dentists and walked out. 10 min later came to check and tapped on a few teeth and I wanted to go thru the roof. A little more of a s... read more
I had to get a root canal and a cap. I had insurance, but I had to pay $700 out of pocket. I did not have the money and dental provided me with a loan. Thank you Aspen Dental. Great people!😊
Staff is friendly but feel you are very rushed for appts that you wait forever to get in because it appears they overbook. Was just in for a cap for my tooth, 2 hours later it falls off. Not impressed.
Had a tooth that needed pulled ... Gave me one shot of novican waited 10min and got to pulling. Literally pulled for 28 min B4 my tooth came out put some gauze in my mouth and out the door I went . No antibiotics no pain meds nothing. Tooth extraction from hell never again
