I called Aspen in Hanover on Monday May 8th with a broken tooth Was told they could get me in for an emergency appt at 3:15 I printed out all the registration forms from the website to bring with me. I arrived at ten of 3 handed in my papers was told to take a seat. At 330 I verified with receptionist that they knew I was there. I wasnt taken back till 445 , there had been at least a dozen others including walk ins taken ahead of me. Rip off told me it would cost 2300 dollars to get 4 fillings. I got a second opinion and they had eyes wide open and mouth dropped in shock. They did the four fillings and I needed something else done for only 600 guess they want you to pay for the fancy tv's. DON'T GO HERE
Terrible experience from the moment I walked in. The receptionist acted as if I was interrupting her day when I went to sign in. I wasn't seen until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. While waiting, I heard another gentleman angrily arguing over his bill, which I took as a bad sign. I went today for extractions...the dr in hanover numbed my lip and continued to make me feel like an ass becasue i could feel every tooth..i repeated asked him to numb the inside of the mouth close to the roof...he refused amd said je gave me enough. Told me i need sedation....sounds to me like just anotjer way to make money...ive had teeth pulled amd they never felt like this...i also specifically said i did not want this dr and i got him anyway. Aspen Dental is a big rip off. Charge you for things you don't need.
The worst office I have ever been to (Hanover PA). I went in for a tooth that hurt and was keeping me up at night. They told me there was nothing wrong with that tooth and wanted to fix the one next to it, and wanted me to wait 2 weeks!! I called a different dentist and they got me in in 2 days. Turns out the original tooth was infected all the way down through my jaw line. They started me on an antibiotic and pain meds right away and scheduled my root canal. Honestly not even worth one star! Horrible experience as a new patient last week. I was scheduled for an exam and cleaning @ 3:30. I arrived at 3pm with my completed paperwork. The front desk seemed miserable and didn't greet me, but gladly took my money upfront without answering my question as to what I was paying for.
